The Government has thanked the Thai people and members of the world community for the great honor they accorded His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej during the Royal Cremation Ceremony, from 25-29 October 2017.
This evening (29 October 2017 at 19.00 hr), the Committee on Public Relations for the Royal Cremation of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej will host the closing ceremony for the Main Press Center (MPC) at the Main Auditorium of Thammasat University.
According to the Committee on Public Relations for the Royal Cremation of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the schedule for the Royal Cremation Ceremony on 29 October 2017 is as follows:
The exhibition of the Royal Crematorium for His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej will be open for viewing by the general public from 07.00 to 22.00 hr., on 2 to 30 November 2017.
On 26 October 2017, Thai people participated in the sandalwood flower offering activities organized throughout Thailand and abroad, coinciding with the Royal Cremation.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Don Pramudwinai, disclosed that members of royal families and distinguished representatives from 42 countries all over the world have confirmed to attend the Royal Cremation of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, which is scheduled on 26 October 2017.
